As co-producer for Quest Center for Integrative Health's annual fundraiser, "An Auction for Action 2024," I played a pivotal role in shaping the event's messaging and communications. Held at Castaway Portland, the gala welcomed 150 attendees and featured a dynamic program hosted by Portland's beloved Poison Waters. My responsibilities included coordinating speeches and key messaging for influential figures, such as Oregon Representative Rob Nosse and Oregon Senator Ron Wyden. I worked with MetroEast Media to produce a video highlighting Quest Center’s Impact. Additionally, I designed the branding, presentation and all print and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience that highlighted the mission of the Quest Center and inspired support for our cause. The event successfully raised funds to support Quest Center's dedication to provide integrative behavioral health programs and services that positively impact the lives of our LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC community members. A memorable night celebrating community and connection.
